 The Role of Education in Empowering Women 


Education is the foundation of all the changes. It helps to women the break the shackles of exclusion and improves confidence which eventually helps to get job.


There are 3 Ls of women are learning,labour and leadership. The first one is learning.Everyone should be able to complete their higher education. It is essential matter nowadays. You can’t expect to reach at the higher levels when you drop it.


And the second one is Labour. Women has faced many challenges in the work place due to low wages,low status and low security jobs.We should up hold the basic norms of equal pay for equal work.


The third one is Leadership women can be a good leader at their work place,family and society. Women  make excellent leaders due to their unique strengths and qualities, strong communication skills helps to build up strong relationships, empathy and emotional it helps  them to understand and manage the emotions of their team members and the last one is strategic thinking women leaders often possess strong strategic thinking skills. Many successful women leaders have demonstrated these qualities.
