Can one always be happy?
The answer is definitely 'no' they can't.. right?
In the journey of life everyone faces many kinds of achievements and problems. That's all part of our life.
But there are some ways to reduce our sadness.
Firstly, don't be too sensitive. In my personal experience, it's very hard for our mental health. The latter one is" Don't pass our key of happiness to someone. In every human being, they will have mood swings. Sometimes they want to close or they want to leave. It may hurt, but don't keep it in mind all the time. Accept their changes and move on.
Do happy things you like. Do not permit your mind to think about being sad. Always keep busy and do good things to solve others' problems. It will help us to understand problems that are nothing and they face many things more than us. Reading books and listening to songs can also reduce mental stress. Make good friends and ensure that they will never make you mentally weak.Communication is necessary in every relationship. Proper communication reduces problems.
This is the world and this is life . We have to move on. Problems will come and go, and solve them in a proper way. Try to be happy in every moment ♡
