According to the scientific studies reading is not only develop our brain, but also have good benefits for our health. The one who make reading as a habit it's benefits reflecting in their entire life. If a person reading books and following this process everyday, that person could see lot of benefits in their life. There are some benefits are existing, such as, firstly reading strengthen your brain' which means we could swiftly grasp every thing. secondly reading increases your ability to empathize . Through reading, there will be an  increase in our realization capacity, that's the way we could accept whatever happening against our life and we could find a best solution for that. 


               Let's move to third benefit :'Improve your vocabulary ' , if you have lot of vocabulary you could build up a better life. Let me share a quote "Read a thousand books, and your words will flow like a river". And the fourth benefit is :'prevent age related cognitive decline ' , day by day our age is running out as well as brain capacity also going down. Even though we could bring back our brain capacity through reading habit. And the last benefit of reading is it reduces stress and depression and how to reduce stress and depression by reading? When we read something we feel we talked to someone. The main reason of stress and depression is we don't have a better partner for sharing our thoughts or feelings. Reading like traveling in a train. What is happening when we traveling in a train? We could meet lot of people with different nature. Here, through reading we could meet lot of different characters. A good reader feel like that characters are chatting with them. So reading assist a person for reducing stress and depression. 


       The end of our life we could make a loyal and unbreakable bond with books. So read and enjoy your life.
