Stress

Stress is a normal human reaction that happens to everyone. Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical tension. It can come from any event or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry or nervous. Stress is your body's reaction to a challenge or demand. Everyone faces stress from time to time. Too much stress causes harm to the body's defence system and stress can increase blood pressure.

Stress is not measurable with tests. Only the person experiencing it can determine whether it is present and how severe it feels.

Common causes of stress include work pressure or pressure from school, major life changes, relationship difficulties and financial problems. There are so many things you can learn to help you manage stress and keep a positive attitude. Some of them are exercise regularly, eat and drink to optimize your health, make time for hobbies and interests and learn to manage your time more effectively.
