WOMEN IN SOCIETY

Women's position in society has always been a matter of controversy. Subordination of women to men is strongly prevalent in patriarchal societies in most parts of the world. It propagates the ideology that motherhood, the responsibility to bear and rear children are the sole duty of women. Women in such societies are assigned an inferior position. They are subjected to discrimination and exploitation in all spheres of human activity. Such an order has evolved as a result of a historical process set in motion by the socioeconomic factors in our society.  Our family is the most basic social unit. It plays an important role in creating a hierarchical system. Family is the first school that gives the basic lessons. Boys learn to be dominating and aggressive, whereas girls are taught to be caring, loving and submissive. This notion was completely accepted and hence social evils such as early marriage of girls had become very common in our society. Educated women have become aware of thi...

That is the potential we have now. That iss because of the technology which has grown so much. So we are getting closer to virtual reality. All this leads us to fundamental doubts. What if the characters in our video games  think that they are living in a real world and doing everything on their own? All of this creates  a huge doubt that whether people  actually live without knowing we are using them for our entertainments. There is a quote by Robert Ford "Everything in the world is magic, except to the magician". Many evidence put forward the theory of simulation. The idea that everything  we know ...
