 Mental Health Should Be a Daily Care, Not Only in Crisis When I came to college, I was very happy. Everything felt new—friends, classes, and campus life. But slowly, I started to feel the pressure. There were too many assignments, exams, and late-night studies. Sometimes problems with friends or family added to it.
